Terms of Service for Skin Blossom Pro

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

Welcome to Skin Blossom Pro, a professional medspa located in North Vancouver, British Columbia. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and facilities. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or visiting our clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

 

1. Services Provided

Skin Blossom Pro offers a variety of non-invasive cosmetic and skincare treatments.

All treatments are performed by trained professionals in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent)
  • Capable of providing informed consent for medical aesthetic services
  • Willing to complete all required intake and medical history forms

We reserve the right to refuse service if it is deemed medically inappropriate or if your behavior is disruptive, abusive, or unsafe.

 

3. Medical Disclaimer

While Skin Blossom Pro offers professional cosmetic treatments, we are not a medical clinic. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with your physician or dermatologist for any underlying health concerns.

 

4. Informed Consent

Before undergoing any treatment, clients are required to:

  • Disclose relevant medical history
  • Read and sign a consent form outlining the nature, benefits, risks, and alternatives to the procedure

Failure to disclose accurate information may affect treatment outcomes and may result in cancellation or refusal of service.

 

5. Appointments, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Booking

Appointments can be booked via our website, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card may be required to secure certain bookings.

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee (e.g., $50 or a percentage of the treatment cost).

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

 

6. Payments and Refunds

  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as posted in our clinic.
  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services.

 

7. Results Disclaimer

Results vary between individuals. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results. Clients must follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided by our staff.

 

8. Gift Cards and Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Promotional pricing or offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
  • Expiry dates apply in accordance with British Columbia consumer protection laws.

 

9. Conduct & Clinic Etiquette

We strive to create a peaceful and respectful environment. We ask clients to:

  • Arrive clean and free of strong fragrances
  • Turn off or silence mobile phones
  • Treat staff and other clients with courtesy and respect

Aggressive, harassing, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services.

 

10. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect and handle your personal information.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skin Blossom Pro and its employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Personal injury or adverse reaction arising from client negligence or failure to follow aftercare
  • Events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., power outages, pandemics, natural disasters)

 

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website and available upon request. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of British Columbia.
